After you place an order, your item enters the production and fulfillment process. Because products are made to order, preparation time may vary depending on the item and our production partner.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Our current checkout offers Standard Delivery with an estimated transit time of 5–10 business days for eligible orders. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and actual delivery times may vary.

The total time from ordering to delivery may include both production and shipping time.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be provided so you can follow your shipment. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after your order ships.

Shipping Address

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution under our Return and Refund Policy.
